INSIDE: It’s the end of the third week of the 30 Days to a Stress-Free Christmas challenge! Can you believe it? Time has gone fast and you’ve achieved SO much! Today is your day off – it’s time to relax…and in this post, you’ll find a few ways to do just that. Let’s take a look!
Congratulations!
You’ve made it through to the end of the third week! You’re well and truly on the way to creating a Christmas less stressful and more enjoyable – for you and your family. I’m so proud of you!
To celebrate, today’s challenge is all about taking time to relax before moving onto the next round of challenges. I’m sharing a few things below you can do to celebrate your wins and relax – because you deserve it! Before you do though, there’s one small thing I need you to do first…
I want you to spend a few minutes going through your notebook.
Take a quick look and see if there are any actions you can take next week to start making your Christmas a reality. What can you do now that’ll save you time later? Are there any gifts you still need to get? What Christmas staples can buy now and put in the pantry? What Christmas activities do you need to book tickets for?
Go through the notebook you started at the beginning of this challenge. Decide what you can get started on this coming week and make a plan. Remember, the earlier you start, the more time you’ll have later to enjoy the festivities!
Okay, with that out of the way, let’s move onto today’s challenge.
Challenge #19: Take a break, have a well-earned rest!
That’s right, it’s time to relax!
I know, I know…these rest days at the end of the week aren’t technically a challenge. But I do want you to make sure you’re taking time for yourself. That you’re finding time to relax in between the business of getting ready for Christmas so that you don’t hit burnout before the holiday season arrives.
And so, it’s time to give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back for all you’ve accomplished so far and take the day off! Tomorrow we’ll be continuing with making time for family and making ourselves a priority. In the meantime, it’s time to relax and have a well-earned rest. Enjoy your day, spend time with your family and do something that’s just for you. You deserve it!
