How do I get motivated?
We’ve all had days where we know we need to do something but struggle to find the motivation do it. Either we don’t know where to start or it feels like too much hard work. Sometimes there’s so much that needs to be done it can feel like an impossible task. Sometimes we’re just tired and simply can’t be bothered!
Motivation has a huge part to play in getting something done. If we’re not motivated to do it, it simply doesn’t happen. So whether it’s getting started or finding the momentum to keep going, what can we do to get and stay motivated?
How to get motivated
Whilst I’m pretty good at the organising and getting started part of a task, the following through to completion doesn’t come quite so easily. It’s something I have to really work at. And that’s why I was so excited to be included in this post by Nadalie from It’s All You Boo. As well as sharing what motivates me, I’ve also discovered some great tips on how to get the job done. And now I get to share them with you!
