Every month, inside the A Simple and Contented Life Facebook group I do a live 30-minute masterclass where I go deep on an aspect of family life I know you wish was easier to manage. How do I know it’s something you’re looking for help with? Because you, the A Simple and Contented Life community have told me! The topic of this month’s masterclass? How to make your wellbeing more of a priority!
Taking better care of yourself…
We all know that self-care is important and that we should be taking better care of ourselves. But that’s easier said than done, right?! As mums, we often feel like we’re the wheel that keeps our family turning. That things don’t happen unless we make them happen. And with so much to do all the time, we can be left feeling like we have very little time for ourselves.
So how do we make our wellbeing a priority when life is so busy? And how do we stop ourselves from feeling so guilty about taking time for us? Well, that’s what this month’s masterclass is all about! In it, I’m sharing five simple things you can do RIGHT NOW to take better care of yourself and finally start making your wellbeing more of a priority.

As a busy mum, I know how hard it can be to put ourselves first. And how easy it is to bump our self-care to the bottom of the list for the sake of getting just one more job done. But I also know that when I put myself first – when I make my own wellbeing a priority, I’m a much calmer and happier person. And when I’m calmer and happier on the inside, I’m calmer and happier on the outside too! Which makes me a much better mum, wife and friend. And with the help of this masterclass, you’ll find that too!
