Why do this exercise? Because when you know what makes you happy, you can do more of those things! You’re able to let go of the things that don’t bring you joy and focus more on the things that do. And when you do that, your happiness levels increase.

Coming in at #8, 22 quotes for a more purpose-driven life shares some of my favourite quotes for leading a more intentional life – and I know you’re going to love them just as much as I do!
The intentional living quotes in this post help me to stay motivated and keep me focusing on my why when times are tough. I even have them written down in a notebook that I keep on the bookcase behind my desk. And whenever I need a little boost, I get out my notebook and sit and read a few. It always makes me feel SO much better!

I LOVE journaling prompts and activities that help me learn more about myself. And so any excuse to create and share posts that help both of us to do just that and I’m right there!
Not only is the ‘what makes you happy‘ a fun exercise to complete, but I firmly believe that knowing what makes you happy is the key to creating a life you LOVE. Because when you know what makes you happy, it’s SO much easier to eliminate the things that don’t and make a change for the better!
