THE 7 DAYS TO A BETTER YOU SELF-CARE CHALLENGE
Self-Care Challenge Day #1: Find simple ways to treat yourself
In day one of this self-care challenge, I’m kicking things off with a quick introduction to the concept of self-care. What self-care is, why it’s important, the benefits of self-care and some simple ways you can treat yourself today. Read this post and you’ll know exactly how to get started in bringing a little more self-care into your every day.
Self-Care Challenge Day #2: Add a self-care routine to your day
Day two of this self-care challenge is all about creating a self-care routine that works for you and is easy to stick to. If you want to make your wellbeing more of a priority you need to make it a daily habit. And so, in this challenge, I show you how to do just that. Follow the steps and you’ll soon find self-care becoming part of your daily routine.
Self-Care Challenge Day #3: Find easy ways to take better care of yourself
For day three of this self-care challenge, we’re talking all about simple ways that you can take better care of yourself. One of the main reasons self-care gets bumped to the bottom of our list is that we think it has to be complicated or fancy but that’s simply not the case. There are plenty of simple ways that you can take better care of yourself and after completing this self-care challenge, you’ll be armed with three that you can do today and every day!
Self-Care Challenge Day #4: Create a self-care toolkit
Are you ready to stop your self-care from slipping through the cracks? Because that’s what day four of this self-care challenge is all about! Staying on track with your self-care when life gets tough can be hard but it’s then that we need to take care of ourselves more than ever. This challenge shows you how to prepare for the rough times by creating a self-care toolkit.
Self-Care Challenge Day #5: Make a list of cheap and easy self-care activities
There’s a common misconception that in order to pamper yourself you have to take yourself off to a spa. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. There are so many other ways that you can take care of yourself without having to book yourself in for an unnecessarily expensive massage and swim. And in day five of this self-care challenge, I reveal five of my favourite – which I know you’re going to love just as much as I do!
Self-Care Challenge Day #6: Tell yourself that self-care isn’t selfish
It’s time to stop feeling guilty about putting yourself first. And in day five of this challenge, I show you how to do just that. If you struggle with pushing past the feeling that you have to take care of everyone else before you can tend to your own needs, this self-care challenge is for you. Discover how to shift your mindset so that you can recharge your batteries WITHOUT feeling like you’re neglecting everyone else.
Self-Care Challenge Day #7: Find ways to put yourself first every day
In this final day of the self-care challenge, we’re going to make sure that all your hard work doesn’t go to waste. You need to make sure you keep up your new nurturing routine. That you incorporate it into your schedule every single day going forward. It’s not as hard as you might think and after completing this challenge, you’ll know exactly how to do it.
